Products entitled for return/replacement shall be attempted to return/replace within 7 days of return of shipment to our facility. Time mentioned here is on best effort basis and any delay shall not make us liable for any cost, damage and/or compensation.
In case of manufacturing defect in the product, it is entitled for replacement. However customer shall be responsible for the damage of packing and/or product at it’s end; and in such case no replacement shall be allowed. Cost of replacement shall be decided by the Company. User is requested to read the terms of sale before attempting the purchase.
All products should be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Charges for return pick up/replacement pick up shall vary on product to product basis. Please read the terms of sale before attempting to place the order. In case of return/replacement, shipping charges of original/subsequent shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the request for return / refund / replacement, without assigning any reason for the same.
Once the products entitled for return / replacement are received and inspected thoroughly after an internal investigation, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your return / replacement.
If for the entitled product return is approved, then refund will be processed and a credit will be applied through the method of payment. On best effort basis, refund will be attempted to processed within next 7 working days.
If for the entitled product replacement is approved, then replaced product will be attempted to dispatched, on best effort basis, with next 7 working days.
